About Us

A connector factory in Dongguan, supplying precision interconnect to automation, robotics, medical and AI infrastructure customers since 2010.

KINKUO ELECTRONICS CO., LTD is an industrial connector manufacturer established in Dongguan in 2010, building connectors, cable assemblies and high-speed interconnect under one ISO 9001:2015 certified roof.

Compliance documentation covering RoHS and REACH is available for every part number we supply, and high-speed interconnect is sourced through Amphenol‘s authorised channel.

We are not a catalogue reseller. The parts we ship are made on our own calibrated equipment, which is why we can hold tolerances, control lead times and answer a technical question without transferring you to a third party.

What this industrial connector manufacturer supplies

Our product range covers the three layers of an industrial interconnect problem:

  • Connectors — SCSI, VHDCI, SDR, LFH, D-SUB, USB 3.0, servo connectors, M-series (M8, M12, M16, M23) and 57(CN) designs, held in stock with low minimum order quantities.
  • Cable assemblies — double-shielded signal cables, high-flex drag-chain leads rated for 10 million bending cycles, camera harnesses, industrial network cables and oil-resistant wiring harnesses, all built to drawing.
  • Amphenol high-speed interconnect — authorised distribution of genuine SFP, QSFP, QSFP-DD, OSFP, CFP2/CFP4, CDFP, MCIO, SlimSAS, MiniSAS HD and related series, in stock and shipped at prices below official list.

Typical deployments include industrial automation and manipulators, servo motor and encoder systems, machine tool equipment, automotive test and production lines, medical devices, and the AI data-centre and machine-vision installations that now represent a growing share of our order book.

Where we came from

The business began with a narrow focus on servo encoder connectors for Japanese drive platforms — parts that were difficult to source quickly and expensive to replace. Working directly with maintenance engineers on those problems taught us two things that still shape the company: a connector is only as good as its documentation, and a two-week lead time is a production stoppage.

That experience funded expansion into SCSI and VHDCI cabling for machine vision, then into high-speed interconnect as data-centre density rose. Each step added engineering capability rather than just warehouse space.

Certification held by this industrial connector manufacturer

KINKUO operates under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. The factory holds multiple utility model patents covering high-precision connector designs, including the 18-pin, 160-pin and 200-pin contact retention geometries that keep pin positions stable across thousands of mating cycles — a detail that matters most in automatic test equipment and high-cycle test fixtures.

Materials are RoHS and REACH compliant, UL-recognised components are used where a project requires them, and full documentation is available for incoming inspection and audit.

Manufacturing capability at this industrial connector manufacturer

The production floor runs advanced assembly and inspection equipment operated by qualified technical staff. In-process inspection covers continuity, dielectric strength, insulation resistance, insertion and withdrawal force, and visual criteria. Impedance is verified with TDR analysis on high-speed assemblies, and joint sampling and sealing can be arranged for bulk orders where batch traceability is a contractual requirement.

Every shipment leaves with a test report. That is a deliberate choice: it turns your incoming inspection from a re-test into a document check.

Global reach, local accountability

Manufacturing sits in Dongguan with a marketing and support presence across South China, East China and Japan, serving customers in Europe and North America as well. Trade terms include FOB, EXW, CIF and DDP, and each account is handled by a named manager who follows the order from first enquiry through to delivery.

Customers who have worked with us for a decade tend to cite the same reasons: samples that arrive in a day, quotations without hidden tooling fees, and an engineer who picks up the phone when a drawing needs to change.

How we work with you

Most projects start with a part number, a drawing or a photograph of a failed component. From there the process is straightforward — confirm the specification, quote transparently, produce against the agreed drawing, test and document, then ship with tracking. If the standard part will not do the job, we will say so and propose the custom variant instead.

Whether you are validating a single prototype or releasing a production schedule, the same engineering team supports the order.
