Minimum order quantity, samples and ordering quantities
For stocked connectors there is no minimum — you can order a single piece, which is useful for R&D validation or an urgent repair. Made-to-order cable assemblies typically start at 5 to 10 pieces depending on the construction. Amphenol high-speed connectors are also supplied with no MOQ whatsoever.
Yes. Samples for engineering validation are dispatched within 24 hours for items held in stock, and within the quoted production lead time for made-to-order assemblies. Every sample ships with a test report so your validation is based on measured performance.
Not as a separate up-front charge on qualified orders. Where custom tooling is required, the cost is amortised across the order value, and the tooling is retained so a repeat order does not repeat the cost. Quotations are itemised with no hidden charges.
Stocked connectors and cables ship within 24 to 48 hours. Made-to-order cable assemblies generally take 3 to 7 working days depending on quantity and complexity. If you have a hard deadline, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm feasibility before you commit.

Yes. We routinely cross-reference Siemens, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, FANUC and 3M part numbers, among others. Send us the original number and we will confirm the equivalent along with any differences in construction or specification.
Drag-chain installations need finely stranded conductors, fillers that maintain internal geometry through repeated bending, and a jacket formulated for continuous flex. Tell us the bend radius, travel distance and cycle rate, and we will recommend a construction and state the qualified flex life — our high-flex assemblies are rated to 10 million bending cycles.
The most common causes are a shield that is not terminated to the connector shell, pairs that are not impedance-controlled through the termination, and mismatched pair lengths. Yes, that is most of what we do. Send the drawing or a pin-out table and we will build to it. If the drawing has an issue that would affect performance or manufacturability, we will flag it before production rather than after.
