A manufacturer of industrial connectors, not a catalogue
Most connector suppliers hold stock and forward orders. KINKUO designs the contact geometry, builds the tooling, moulds the assemblies and tests the finished part on our own calibrated equipment in Dongguan. That difference shows up in three practical ways: tolerances are held because we control the process, lead times are predictable because we are not queuing behind another customer’s allocation, and a design change is a conversation with the people who make the part rather than a request passed along a supply chain.

Since 2010 the business has grown from a narrow specialism in servo encoder connectors into a full-range interconnect supplier covering industrial connectors, custom cable assemblies and authorised Amphenol high-speed interconnect. The engineering discipline that started with drive feedback cables now supports AI data-centre fabrics running at 224G per lane.
What we supply, and to whom
Three product groups cover the signal path end to end:
- Industrial connectors — SCSI, VHDCI, SDR, LFH, D-SUB, USB 3.0, servo, M8/M12/M16/M23 and 57(CN) designs, largely held in stock with low minimum order quantities.
- Custom cable assemblies — double-shielded signal cables, high-flex drag-chain leads rated for 10 million bending cycles, camera harnesses and oil-resistant wiring, all built to drawing.
- Amphenol high-speed interconnect — genuine SFP, QSFP, QSFP-DD, OSFP, CFP2/CFP4, CDFP, MCIO, SlimSAS and MiniSAS families, in stock with no minimum order quantity.
Those components go into industrial automation and manipulators, servo motor and encoder systems, machine tools, automotive test and production lines, medical devices, machine-vision cells and data-centre infrastructure. Why engineers stay with us
The reasons customers give for a decade-long relationship tend to be unglamorous. Samples arrive in a day rather than a fortnight. Quotations carry no hidden tooling fees. Every shipment includes a test report, so incoming inspection is a document check. And when a drawing needs to change, there is an engineer on the other end of the request who can say whether the change is manufacturable before it reaches production.
That last point matters more than it sounds. A supplier who can only quote what is in a catalogue will accept a specification that cannot be built consistently, then deliver parts that vary. We would rather flag the problem at the enquiry stage and propose a construction that will hold its tolerances across the whole order.
Quality and documentation
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Production runs through in-process inspection at every station, and the in-house laboratory covers TDR impedance analysis, Hi-Pot dielectric strength testing, insulation resistance measurement and insertion and withdrawal force testing.
